Recap of Warehouse Staff Meetings

Good Afternoon DMI Warehouse Staff, Supervisors, and Mgmt.;

 

I want to thank everyone who was able to attend the meetings held over the past 2 days… It was truly a pleasure to be able to speak to everyone and have a chance to talk in person with many of you.

 

I want to reiterate that DMI appreciates the hard work and dedication from our warehouse employees! Please keep the lines of communication open with myself and Brittny, in HR, with any questions, comments, or concerns!

To recap the main points from the meeting:

 

  • DMI is committed to improve communications with the warehouse staff, especially regarding email. Please make sure you have a good email with DMI for your paystub and company communications.

  • DMI will strive to have Quarterly Meetings to allow myself and Brittny a chance to meet with the warehouse staff to discuss company news and be available to answer any questions or concerns in person. 

  • DMI has a new, staff friendly, Sick Policy, currently active as of 2/20/2020 and any write-ups either on file or ready to handout regarding frequent absent issues prior to 2/20/2020 for this year has been wiped out for a fresh start as of 2/20/2020 – PDF Below

  • DMI has a new, staff friendly, Lateness Policy, currently active as of 3/11/2020 and any write-ups either on file or ready to handout regarding frequent lateness issues prior to 3/11/2020 for this year has been wiped out for a fresh start as of 3/11/2020 – PDF Below

  • DMI will continue to monitor the COVID19 outbreak and will continue to take steps to ensure a safe environment for our staff.

  • DMI released a new Employee Intranet at www.dmiorg.it with employee resources including the full, most up to date, DMI Handbook – Please sign up for the site, if you have not done so yet, using either your DMI email or the email on file for your DMI paystub.

 

I want to, again, thank our warehouse staff for the hard work… which has been visible with our YTD damages being 20% from last year… This is a fantastic achievement and it is a direct result of the dedication from our staff!

 

We will be handing the warehouse supervisors a Receipt & Acknowledgement form for all staff to sign, regarding the new DMI Handbook. We would like to have the forms signed and back to HR before March 31st… If you have any questions about the handbook prior to signing please contact myself or Brittny.
